Owner of Jessica’s Hair and Beauty, Jessica Dent is a fully qualified assessor and teacher, and is Creative Director for WELOVE’s International Art Team. A strong advocate of sustainability, she was appointed as an ambassador for WELOVE’s brand partner, epiic, which has seen her salon sales increase by 11% in the last year. With over 13 years’ experience Jessica understands exactly what you need to become the best stylist you can and increase the success of your business.

​Kerry has considerable experience within the hairdressing industry. Having previously owned an award-winning salon in London for 12 years, she then became an independent stylist before joining the WELOVE team. Kerry has a wealth of education expertise, having been a guest artist for various product houses, as well as honing her internationally renowned skills at London Fashion Week shows and photoshoots.

With a background at Vidal Sassoon and now running her own boutique salon, Vivienne is an expert precision cutter. Keen to share her skills and knowledge, her teaching provides you with a deeper understanding of the fundamental techniques and why you need these to be an excellent creative commercial hairdresser.

A fully qualified educator, Amy is passionate about educating on the key techniques that empower stylists and barbers to be more successful. A colour expert and specialist in lived-in blonde, she has a waiting list of clients so is ideal to help you take your business to the next level.

A qualified assessor, Michael is committed to the WELOVE ethos of education first to create a community of hairdressers sharing skills and techniques, supporting each other to become the very best they can. He believes that the industry needs a shake up and that the new WELOVE education programme, Purple Hearts, will do just that and inspire future professionals.

Nikki has been in the industry for over 20 years and currently runs her own busy studio salon in a Leicester gym. A highly qualified teacher, she has worked for both HABIA and OFSTED as an external assessor and is now training to become an external verifier and to teach others to become external assessors. Committed to improving industry standards, Nikki is sharing her expert knowledge and training across all hair skills for WELOVE.

Chloe began her career at Jessica’s Hair & Beauty in Swindon, and is now undertaking her WELOVE 5 Purple Heart Masters. A talented hairdresser and winner of Future Talent at the 2022 Salon Awards, Chloe is definitely one to watch.

Having seen her salon business grow due to her education with WELOVE, Julia is a true advocate for the brand. She is also now a member of the UK Art Team, giving new salons who come on board with WELOVE a chance to learn from someone who has already reaped the benefits.

Maria has previously been International Art Director at top salons in London, and is now a WELOVE cutting educator as well as running her own beautiful garden salon.

A true visionary, Meg believes in mastering classic cutting foundations to then be able to twist them to create your own signature style. Her skill for beautiful cuts and vivid colours has led to work at London Fashion Week and with Alexander McQueen. This alongside her Meg Piper Hair business focusing on inclusivity and sustainability, makes her a perfect addition to the WELOVE Art Team.

Having moved from the Ukraine to Newquay in 2006, Anna since built a reputation as one of the top UK bridal hair experts in the UK, and has an award winning salon for it’s sustainable ethos.

With over 24 years in hairdressing, and several colour awards under her belt, Claire is a great addition to the Education Team.  Having worked in colleges and owning her own salon gives her comprehensive insider knowledge of what stylists and the industry, needs. She’ll be joining the WELOVE Education Team to share her expert colour skills and techniques.

Successful multi-award winning creative commercial session stylist, Cally, has created a six-figure business from her dining room and is on a mission to positively smash the current stigma attached to 'home salons'.  

As Art Director for the WELOVE Salons Artistic Team, her role is to educate freelancers and salon owners, bringing session to the salon, educating on how to use techniques that give clients a photoshoot finish.

Jessica has worked her way up from apprentice to manager at Harrington’s and loves everything about colour. Her impressive social media presence has grown due to her internationally popular tutorials on how to curl and style hair, skills she will be bringing to you as a WELOVE educator.

Krysia West, owner of Perfectly Posh Hair and Postiche Academy, is an award-winning stylist, trichologist and hair loss expert. Inspired to study trichology following her own hair loss struggles, she is passionate about sharing her knowledge and advice so you can help your clients turn their hair issues into healthy hair.
